we typically get ordered items in the mail within 3 days after purchase via usps priority which includes tracking. we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. if you need special delivery services added to your shipment please let us know and we will update the pricing to allow for said special instructions (i.e. insurance, signature required, forwarding, expedited shipping, etc) we are currently only shipping to u.s. addresses. sorry international lovelies.
